Introduction

Warzone 2100 is a real-time strategy game, originally developed by Pumpkin Studios and published by Eidos Interactive, now developed by the Warzone 2100 Project. Compared to other real-time strategy games, it has a greater focus on artillery, radar, and counter-battery technologies, more frequent in-game cinematic updates as game play progresses, a massive research tree, as well as a vehicle design system.

Now, all structures, defenses, and bodies get their own pages, and cyborgs get significantly improved pages. The only things that don't get their own page are propulsions, because there's really nothing interesting about them. ;)

In addition, cell phone users, and users with 800x600 or smaller screens, will find that we detect your small screens, and helpfully remove our sidebar.

IE6 users will find that the site looks a bit better now. You guys should still upgrade to Firefox or Chrome, though. :P

There's a new "Cheats" page, for those of you who don't want to dig through the wiki to find the old one. It looks nicer, too. ;)

As for the Walkthrough completeness, Alpha 1, 2, 3, and 5 are currently done. Alpha 4 was done, but was lost to the server crash. I'll have it back up sometime reasonably soon.

Calcatian, you can simply download the website and then convert it to PDF, thats what i did..well i emailed it to myself and then viewed it on my ipod touch so now i can access the wiki anywhere.

I just quietly changed DPS calculations from DPS/A0 to DPS/A10. Should give slightly more accurate DPS on the weapons menus, but it still reports high-ROF weapons as being slightly more powerful than they really are.

Zarel: Is there a convenient place on the site where the raw turret data (Base and Upgraded Damage, ROF, Acc, as well as range and HP) is stored in some spreadsheet style format and updated when balance changes are made? I spent the better part of an evening putting together a spreadsheet that calculates which weapons are good against variously armored vehicles and structures, only to have it obsoleted the next week as balance changes were made. The formulas are still good, but having to manually find and type in all the new weapon stats (especially the upgraded ones, since that involves clicking through for each turret) makes the project not really worth it. Alternately, if this data is stored consolidated in the source somewhere, that would probably work too.

Hi..
i saw that some prereqs are missing somethigs..
like hyper velicity cannon, i researched everything it tells, but it dont apear for research.. than i researched many other things and it apeared... dont know what is missing
other is Lancer AT rocket, it dosent say that it needs mini-rocket array but it actualy need.

Im playing warzone 2.2.4 normal (no mods). Probabli there are other prereqs erros but i was having problems on those 2... Maybe they are prereqs from an older version or something.. really dont know..

Anywaysssss.. the site is awesome! with so many details, greate pages, great guides and everything! realy helped me a lot! u guys have my thanks.. and one especial thank to the one who made the tech tree! lol it gives me headake just to look.. imagine made it! no way... hahah
