Beta 1: Defend and fortify
Repel the Invaders
This mission begins at the Alpha Base. You have 10 minutes, so use this time to finish up researching and to begin producing as many powerful units as you can. Recycle older and weaker units to make room for more new ones. At the same time, load up 10 of your heaviest units such as Tanks and Lancer units, and send them on their way when you're through doing what must be done.
When you arrive at the Beta Base, it's under attack. The previous commander did a good job building it. All it really needs is a Repair Facility. Begin to build one in the center of the base, then load up another transport full of reinforcements. Again bring heavy units. It will take seven minutes for the transport to arrive. Beta Base already has some units, so use them to defend the eastern gate while you send the units you brought with you to cover the northern gate. Begin researching the Cannon Laser Designator followed by the APFSDS (Armor Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot) Cannon Rounds and the Cannon Auto Loader. These will give your tanks better accuracy and more firepower.
Order all of your units to return for repairs at medium damage. Also begin producing some heavy units. You don't have a lot of power at this base, so be careful on production. Cyborgs also can be produced, and they'll give you some cheap firepower. After reinforcements arrive, bring in another load of heavy units, then a load of Heavy Mortars, followed by a final load of heavy units. You'll probably only be able to get four loads before the transport is shot down by the enemy off-map and out of sight.
Secure the Area Around the Base
After the second load arrives, send a group to the southeast. There will be a few enemy defenses. This is an unmarked enemy LZ and, by securing this area, you can prevent the enemy from dropping off new units here. Once it's yours, leave a few units to guard it and send the rest back to help fight. Keep your northern groups just outside the walls of the base so they can be supported by the defensive structures. When the Mortar group arrives, use it to begin taking out enemy defensives structures north of your base. Target Sensor Towers first because they provide information to the Mortar Pits in the north and northwest.
Once you take out the enemy's southernmost defenses, send a unit down to scout out the northeast. Here you'll find an enemy Oil Rig and some hardpoints. Use the Mortars to lay waste to these, then rebuild an Oil Rig over the Power Source. Now finish off the base in the north. Enemy reinforcements will arrive from the northern map edge. Keep a couple groups there to prevent them from going any further. Then use the Mortars to take out the bunkers and enemy Mortar Pits. When all enemy structures and units have been destroyed, the mission will end.

If you like to base build and research like I do do yourself a favor and take out the LZ and leave a small group so they don't get reinforced. Then Take out the mortar pit to the NW. Put your main attack group on Hold Fire and take out all but the Hardened Cannon Turret of the base in the top middle. Destroy the structures guarding the oil to the NE and plant you main assault group close to your base and hold off the constantly spawning adds while you research and base build. Had all structures built and a fresh set of units for the next mission well before the timer ran out. When your ready to proceed just down the last turret.

How to take out the defences? It's so many, including lancers. How can I even let a sensor or commander approach that place,so they could lead the mortar to fire? Give me some advice, please.and thank you very much!

use bunker busters. I usually build a factory where the first landing zone is that you take out behind your base. Use cyborgs to attack bunkers as a decoy for your bunker busters

Lancers on hovers with a commander and a repair facility not-to-far do wanders to enemy fortification and grown forces.
(keep them moving!)
And don't forget to use all the mission time to buildup.

Watch out, you only get 4 transport loads. Anything else is lost at Alpha base. That means any experience you had in other units there is gone. The way to save them is to recycle all but 40 of your most experienced units. I quickly organised my units into four groups of ten that I would want in order upon arrival at Beta base. Try to take a quick mental note of what you had so you can allocate the experience to the correct units during re-manufacturing.
When you get to Beta, move a team north, and move all combat units already present to the south-east. They can defend against attacks from that landing zone. Use the first team to take out the units in that area, and begin taking out the enemy's structures. When the second load arrives, send that team to the south-east as well, and wipe out the enemy LZ. Leave the first units there to maintain control of it. Move the second team up north, and continue your counter-attack.
By now you should have control of the situation. Eliminate the mortars to the north-west, and be sure to leave a few structures in the north base. Send a team into the valley in the north-east to take control of the oil spigot. Build your own. Build a factory to the east of your base, and begin manufacturing the units you had before, as well as some experienced AA units. Build AA emplacements in the north-west corner of your base. Build a second research center, and research everything you can before your time runs out. When you have about 2 minutes left, finish off the north base.
