This body is great for creating single or double tank armies (armies with only one or two types of tanks, plus maybe a commander). Weapons that usually need to be support (say, the plasma cannon for example), can be put on the dragon with a support weapon (say, a laser, mg, or cannon). The heavy weapon, usually powerful, slow firing, and weak in hp, will have the faster, weaker, and tougher in hp weapon to back it up. This means you can save time designing a whole army (since the game doesn't stop in multi-player when you are in the design menu) and simply use one or two types of tanks with a commander (if you want), the two types will be equal to four different tank types, and each tank will be equal to two enemy tanks. You save valuable time designing tanks, and you need fewer tanks, allowing you to level up you army faster.

I do not think that this body or any heavy body is worth the time and resources to make.

A Dragon tacks hydra Gauss is really good for holding a choke point and base insurgents, as it does a lot of damage and dishes a ass load out.

Heavy bodies are excellent at, well, tanking enormous amounts of damage, especially when you have a few Heavy Repair turret light tanks assigned to them. If you equip the Dragon tanks with a rocket launcher and a dual AG, you can usually hold a choke for a good bit.
