If you use this body with wheels and a howitzer, be prepared for an extremely slow tank with a lot of firepower but bad long-range accuracy. However, it does make a good vehicle for a two-part rush because you can start all of the tanks you want to use at the same time, the faster tanks arrive first and attack, then the howitzers arrive as fire support.
