As devastating as Scourge Missiles are against tanks (especially heavy-body tanks), you may want to think twice about immediately switching over from Tank Killers to Scourges as soon as you've researched them because they both seem to use different sets of upgrades, and chances are that your Tank Killer rockets may have already been fully upgraded before you get Scourges (unless you're the kind of player that prioritizes researching research and/or power upgrades, such as Neural Synapse Research Brain or Vapor Turbine Engine). That is, Scourge Missiles cannot benefit from rocket upgrades (such as HESH Rocket Warheads) like Lancers and Tank Killers can, and Lancers and Tank Killers likewise cannot benefit from missile upgrades (like Advanced Missile Warheads) like Scourges (and Archangel Missiles and Avenger SAMs) can. With that in mind, along with the fact that fully upgraded Tank Killers have similar accuracy and rate-of-fire as unupgraded Scourge Missiles, but with better damage per shot than unupgraded Scourges, though keep in mind that Scourges can home in on their targets, and have a longer range, then it's all a judgment call. If you're looking for better range and/or homing anti-tank missiles, or if you haven't already fully upgraded your Tank Killers, then go ahead and start replacing your Tank Killers with Scourges. However, if you're just looking for better dps (damage per second) in your anti-tank missiles, and you're Tank Killers are already fully upgraded, then you may want to wait until you research some damage and rate-of-fire upgrades for your Scourges before you start replacing your Tank Killers with them.

I prefer these for unit-on-unit fighting, tank killer for a break in to an enemy base, and bunker buster missiles for taking out the bases. It's actually a complicated routine, but simply organizing your units before the attack can do wonders.
